Paper.io is a famous online multiplayer game in which players control a colored square that represents their character.

The objective of the game is to claim as much territory as possible by moving the square around the play area and leaving a trail of your color behind.

Gameplay

Follow the guide below to understand and play the game smoothly:

Before starting to play, you have to select the mode.
After selecting the mode, click on the Play button
Once you click on the Play button, you will see that your colored square will be situated at a random starting point in a blank grid-based arena.
Claim as much territory as possible by moving your square around the arena.
Do not collide with the arena’s boundary or another player’s trail while you’re outside of your territory otherwise, you’ll be eliminated from the game.
Eliminate other players’ boundaries by crossing their trails before they manage to close off their territory. By doing so you shall claim the territory of that player and he will be removed from the game.

Controls

Mobile controls: Swipe your finger in the direction you want to move your character.
Computer controls: Drag the mouse in the direction you want to move your character.
