Game Play

The objective of the game is to score maximum points in the given time. In the game, you have to manage the execution of attack and defensive plays.

If the ball is in the opponent’s hands you have to snatch and shoot it to the opponent’s hoop. Defend the jump shot. You have to play in the attack mode also to score more points than the opponent’s team to win the match.

You will get match info regarding scores and time on the leaderboard.

Modes of Basketball Stars

The game has 3 modes which are discussed below:

1. One Player

This mode is further subdivided into 3 sub-modes:

• Tournament: It can be played one-on-one or Two-on-Two. There are two difficulty levels. You can select either normal or hard. Each match will be of two minutes. You can play with one character or two characters. There are a total of 8 teams that will play in the first round. Out of these 8 teams, only 4 teams will be qualified to the quarterfinal. After the quarterfinal, 2 teams will be qualified for the semifinal. Whoever wins the semifinal will play the final match.
• Random Match: You can play one-on-one and two-on-two by selecting a player. Here you can control only one character even though there are two players in 2v2. In this mode match will be for two minutes.
• Training: This mode will allow you to sharpen your skills to play with the opponents. There is no time limit in this mode.

2. Two Player

This mode is further subdivided into three sub-modes; One-on-one, two-on-two, and two-on-two vs. CPU.

• In One-on-one, you can play solo with your opponent. You can select the players for the match. You can control both players simultaneously
• In Two-On-Two, you can play with a teammate. You can’t control both players of one team.
• The 2v2 CPU mode is similar to 2v2. In this mode, you and your friend will be a teammate. Your opponent will be cpu.
